Symphoricarpos orbiculatus S. Farrington

Native south of Michigan, but here apparently an occasional escape from cultivation to railroads, roadsides, and disturbed ground. First collected in 1888 in Keweenaw Co.

The abundant fruits are said to be insipid and not appealing to birds.
